About me
Hey, I’m Rachael and this is my blog, which can get a little strange at times.
I’m nineteen and a college sophomore going to school in Savannah. I’m majoring in (essentially) journalism and I want to be a photojournalist.
I love music, a lot. Right now I’m obsessed with the Horrors and infatuated with Faris Badwan, so that’s most of what you’ll see here. My other favorite bands are The Black Keys, Cold War Kids, Led Zeppelin, The Strokes, The Vaccines, The Fratellis, The White Stripes, Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Pink Floyd, S.C.U.M, MGMT, Kasabian, Two Door Cinema Club, and a lot more.
I don’t watch a whole lot of TV, but my favorite shows are Deadliest Catch, Flight of the Conchords, The Mighty Boosh, Top Gear, Say Yes to the Dress, and the Ricky Gervais Show. My favorite movie of all time is The Blues Brothers, second is Airplane!, and third is The Shining. I’m also in love with everything Mel Brooks does.
My other interests are racing (primarily NASCAR, but I also like winged sprints and Formula 1), classic literature, Reddit, fashion, decorating, and cats. Let’s not forget cats.
That’s pretty much all there is to me, but if you want to know anything else just ask me. Also, I have the same birthday as Michael Fielding … so that’s cool.
